1.The present continuous tense is used with adverbs like always, ‘Always,’ ‘Constantly,’ ‘Continually,’ and ‘Forever’ to highlight that an action is being performed so frequently that it becomes a defining characteristic of a person, group, or thing

Examples:

  • The team is constantly striving for perfection, making them a formidable force in the industry
  • The chef is always experimenting with flavors, creating dishes that define the restaurant

2. We can use the Present Continuous with words like ‘Always,’ ‘Constantly,’ ‘Continually,’ and ‘Forever’ to convey a sense of disapproval

Examples:

  • He is always interrupting others during meetings, and it’s quite irritating
